Job Description / Responsibility

• Have professional practical knowledge about check-in-check out & reservation operations both in manually and in software
• Should be professional in correspondence over letter, mail and fax
• To be readily capable to handle Guest demand, problems or any complaints.
• Communication level should be high with speaking in English
• To ensure that rooms have been serviced and maintained to the standards laid down by the Company.
• Should have experience to work with front office and housekeeping if required
• Keep the Hotel standard of service toward guest at all times
• Ensure Guest satisfaction with etiquette and manners
• Should be well groomed and sense of hygiene
• Should be well known in night auditing on rooms and work in three shifts
• Special and other responsibilities as assigned by the management
• Handles cash, traveler`s cheque, credit cards and direct billing requests properly.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation in hospitality profession is highly preferred
• Diploma in Hotel Management from any professional institute

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

• Warm welcoming, Personality, Energetic, Bubbly and very Presentable
• Be able to make casual conversation with guest
• Good telephone manner
• Good email manner
• Be very fluent speaking in English (with good accent if possible)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ideal candidate should have 6+ in IELTS- preferable
